General Shipping information

• Orders are packed and shipped during the week Monday - Friday.
• Most orders are processed and shipped with 1-3 business days.

Unless during high demand periods please allow 3-7 business days. Orders placed on weekend and holidays will be process the next business day.

Damage, Lost & Stolen Order

In the event your order is lost/stolen after being delivered to carrier or to your home Karmic Fusion LLC can't be held responsible. You must file a claim with the carrier once you receive your tracking number it's your responsibility to contact carrier with any delivery issues. unfortunately, we don't have any information about you order once it's shipped.

However if your order is damage you will receive a refund or replacement depending on eligibility.
